Resale Certificates: In order to sell your home you must provide a resale certificate which explains the rules and regulations of the Association to the buyer. To order a resale certificate please contact David Riley of Reliance Tax Accounting using the Contact Us section. All requests must be submitted in writing and contain the name of the seller, the property location and the buyers name. It takes 10 days to produce the resale certificate unless you pay the additional rush fee. According to Alaska Statute 34.08.590 the buyer has five days from receiving the resale certificate to back out of the deal if they are not agreeable to the Association's rules.
