Resale Certificates: In order to sell your home you must provide a resale certificate which explains the rules and regulations of the Association to the buyer. To order a resale certificate please contact David Riley of Reliance Tax Accounting, Inc. at 561-0998. The cost of a resale certificate is $150.00 and takes 5 business days to produce. If you need to rush order a certificate it will cost an additional $100.00. The buyer has five days from receiving the resale certificate to back out of the deal if they are not agreeable to the Association's rules. If you have any other questions regarding resale certificates please contact David Riley or the Association Manager Deanne Tuckerman.
