Attendees:
Randy Bañez (President/Board), Mark Smith (Vice President/Board) Mike Bridges (Treasurer/Board/ACC Chairman), Stan Mayra (Board), and David Riley (Association Accountant) were present. Kay Waitman (Secretary/Board Member) was absent.
Deanne Tuckerman and Candice Haywood represented Ben Marsh & Associates Inc.
Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order at 6:39PM.
Quorum:
Quorum was established with 4 out of 5 Board members present.
Approval of Minutes:
The minutes of the 19 December 2016 Board Meeting were reviewed. Mark Smith moved to approve the minutes with minor corrections. Mike Bridges seconded the motion. Motion carried. The minutes of the 8 February 2017 Board Meeting were reviewed. Mike Bridges moved to approve the minutes with minor corrections. Mark Smith seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Financial Report:
David Riley presented the financial report. Mike Bridges moved to forgive $75.00 late fees for 10030 Eshamy Bay Drive. Randy Bañez seconded the motion. Motion carried. Randy Bañez moved to forgive $5.00 late fees for 3160 Bettles Bay Loop. Mike Bridges seconded the motion. Motion carried. Mike Bridges moved to forgive $100.00 late fees for 3135 Admiralty Bay Drive. Mark Smith seconded the motion. Motion carried. Mike Bridges moved to forgive $25.00 late fees for 3017 Bettles Bay Loop. Randy Bañez seconded the motion. Motion carried. Mike Bridges moved to forgive $25.00 late fees for 3051 Eaglek Bay. Randy Bañez seconded the motion. Motion carried. Mike Bridges moved to forgive $100.00 late fees for 3100 Bettles Bay Loop. Randy Bañez seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Old Business:
Mark Smith has not contacted Yannick Hodgin regarding Facebook page. He would like to get sign in items so he could keep the page updated.
The Neighborhood Watch program still has not been set up due to lack of volunteers needed for the neighborhood.
New Business:
Security and personal safety should be included in all Association correspondence due to the growing drug and gang problems.
Randy Banez will get the Spring Newsletter written and sent around for input from the rest of the board.
If ice has blocked your storm drains please call public works so they can come out and steam the lines for proper drainage so we do not have flooding.
