Minutes of 8 February 2017

Attendees:

Randy Bañez, Mike Bridges, Stan Mayra and Kay Waitman were present.

Candice Haywood represented Ben Marsh & Associates Inc.

Call to Order:

The meeting was called to order at 7:52 PM immediately following the Annual Meeting.

Election of Officers:

After some discussion, it is decided that the Board members elected at the Annual Meeting will be voted on by email at a later date.

Next Meeting:

The next meeting will be held March 20 March at 6:30 PM.

Management was requested to send an email to Susan and the Bayshore staff thanking them for the use of the club house for our Annual Meetings.
