Minutes of 16 February 2015
Yannick Hodgin (President/Board), Mark Smith (Vice President/Board) Randy Bañez (Treasurer/Board), Mike Bridges (Board Member/ACC Chairman), David Riley (Accountant) and homeowners Ginger Scoggin and Kay Waitman were present.
Deanne Tuckerman represented Ben Marsh & Associates Inc.
Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order at 6:38 PM.
Quorum was established with 4 out of 4 Board members present.
Mike Bridges moved to approve the Agenda. Mark Smith seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Yannick Hodgin asked Kay Waitman if she would like to be appointed to the board to fill the 5th position and she agreed to it.
The board appointed Kay Waitman to the board unanimously.
Election Among the Officers For New Positions:
After some discussion the board unanimously voted the following people to the board positions.
Mark Smith (Vice President/Board)
Yannick Hodgin (Secretary/Board)
Mike Bridges (Treasurer/ACC Chairman)
Kay Waitman(Board Member)
Approval of Minutes:
The minutes of the 29 January 2015 meeting were reviewed. Mark Smith moved to approve the minutes. Mike Bridges seconded the motion. Motion carried.
David Riley presented the financial reports for January 2015.
Architectural Committee Report (ACC):
Deanne noted a trailer at 3112 Bettles Bay as she drove to the meeting tonight. Deanne also stated she did a quick drive through as going to the meeting and only saw the trailer.
Mike Bridges moved to approve the Managers Report. Randy Bañez seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Kristen Taylor will be chairperson for the committee with Kay Waitman being on the committee also. Yannick gave Kay a list of about 5 houses that need welcoming baskets. Kay stated she would get the baskets to the houses and the receipts to David Riley for reimbursements.
House Rules: Mark Smith will find the changes he has made on the House Rules and email the package to the board members for discussion at our next meeting.
Interest Rate & Late Fees: This was covered in the House Rules Mark Smith thought.
The signs replacement will be put out for bid once specs can be prepared so all companies are bidding on the same thing. Yannick Hodgin will measure the signs so everyone has the size we are wanting.
100th Ave Fence will be repaired by Thee Fence Man and then a company will be coming in to power wash and stain the fence. This company has not been selected yet.
The next meeting will be the 16 March 2015 6:30 PM location to be determined.
Hearing no further business the meeting was adjourned at 7:40 PM.
