Minutes of 29 January 2015
Yannick Hodgin (President/Board), Mark Smith (Vice President/Board) Randy Bañez (Treasurer/Board), and David Riley (Accountant) were present. Ginger Scoggin (Secretary/Board) and Mike Bridges (Board Member/ACC Chairman) was absent.
Candice Haywood represented Ben Marsh & Associates Inc.
Call to Order:
The meeting was called to order at 7:40 PM.
Quorum was established with 3 out of 5 Board members present.
Randy Bañez moved to approve the Agenda. Yannick Hodgin seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Approval of Minutes:
The minutes of the 30 October 2014 meeting were reviewed. Randy Bañez moved to approve the minutes. Yannick Hodgin seconded the motion. Motion carried.
David Riley presented the financial reports for October, November, and December 2014. Dues are coming in at about the same rate as last year. There are 3 owners who still have not paid their dues.
David Riley presented the Operating Budget which showed the budget was under spent by about 13% of what was budgeted.
Architectural Committee Report (ACC):
The problem renters were evicted.
Mark Smith moved to approve the Managers Report. Randy Bañez seconded the motion. Motion carried.
House Rules: Postponed
Interest Rate & Late Fees: Tabled.
Management stated the notices for the Annual Meeting were mailed out and the class room was secured for the meeting not the multipurpose room.
The bids for the new signs were presented but the bids were rejected. A new Scope of Work will be assembled and sent out for bids.
Mark reported the skating rink is back up at a new house 2920 Rocky Bay Circle. Mark will talk with the homeowners and if necessary he will ask management to send a letter.
The next meeting will be the Annual meeting, 11 February 2015, Bayshore Elementary School room 30, 7:00 PM
